CAROLINA!!!

This is my new apartment!!! It's super cute, and right on Greene Street- which is the center of campus! The bookstore and University Center are our neighbors, basically. It's awesome! The bathroom is kinda small, but Christa and I have already figured out a good routine. :-) We have been busy, busy, busy, since the second we arrived. We went out to dinner with the Assistant Director of Greek Life, Sorority Council President, VP of Recruitment, and Assistant Recruitment, along with their 2nd year GA. They were all very nice and welcoming us to the Carolina community. We have spent the past couple of days in meetings with Fraternity and Sorority presidents, and speaking to Potential New Members (PNMs) at Orientation. All while trying to get moved in and acquainted with all our new surroundings.

Today my schedule went something like this:

10:00 Greek Life office

10:30 Meeting with KE president

11:00 Meeting with EX president

11:30 Meeting with DZ president

12:00 Lunch with Phi Mu Rep. on campus

--errands

3:00 View 2nd apartment

--got a parking ticket

--got a parking pass (probably should have done this first....)

6:00 Meeting with ZTA president

--Sams Club

7:30 Dinner @ Mellow Mushroom

--Stopped at the gas station and got 2 MONSTER ENERGY DRINKS!--

9:00 Work on reports/Check emails

Crazy how I thought I was going to have so much free time on my hands!!! :-)

Well, I should be typing reports and sending follow-up emails right now, so I better do my job and stop blogging for tonight!!

Recruitment starts tomorrow.............
